• Why was my order cancelled?

The item was either sold in store before online fulfillment and is out of stock or Shopify flagged the order as fraud. Fraudulent Orders are automatically cancelled and refunded. If your order was cancelled but was not fraud, reorder with matching shipping/billing address.

• How long does shipping take?

We ship all of our products double boxed via UPS. If the product is $200+, signature confirmation will be mandatory. Tracking included on all orders. Please allow up to 2 Business Days for order processing. 

We ship via UPS Standard (2-5 Business Days).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH CUSTOMER ONLY SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

• International Shipping 

Customs Duties and VAT are included in price. We ship all of our products via UPS Standard (3-5 Days) with Tracking.
